Hi, I’m Alisa!Yoga has been my anchor since 16, guiding me through life’s ups and downs. After 500 hours of training in India, I’ve spent nearly a decade teaching a practice that brings calm and strength.I blend Thai Massage, chanting, mudras, and sound for healing, accessible sessions. Whether you need movement or rest, I’m here to support you.As a new mom, I keep yoga practical and grounded, helping you stay centered and empowered.
